The Georgia Court of Appeals has been asked to rule on time limits on claims plaintiffs may bring in a series of products liability cases over hair relaxers currently fueling surges in Chatham and DeKalb County state courts.

The claims concern the statute of repose for products liability suits alleging hair relaxers caused the development of endometriosis and uterine fibroids in their users. Is it 10 years from the first time the plaintiff used the product in question, or 10 years from the last time the plaintiff used said product?
