Womble Bond Dickinson filed an interpleader complaint on Nov. 28 in Georgia Middle District Court on behalf of Standard Insurance Co. The court action seeks to determine the proper beneficiaries of a group life insurance policy following the indictment of one of the beneficiaries in the homicide death of the policyholder. Counsel have not yet appeared for the claimants. The case is 7:23-cv-00129, Standard Insurance Company v. Fedrick.
