Cigna was sued by acute care hospital Southern Regional Medical Center on Aug. 1 in Fulton County Superior Court. The court case, brought by Baker & Hostetler, alleges Cigna failed to fully reimburse the plaintiff for medically necessary services it rendered as an out-of-network provider.
