In a significant addition to the firm’s cannabis industry group, Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders has added a lawyer who brings a decade of experience and potentially more than 100 clients to the practice.
Jean Gonnell joined Troutman Pepper’s regulatory investigations, strategy and enforcement (RISE) practice as a partner in Charlotte this week after operating her cannabis law-focused practice in Colorado since that state first approved its adult use in 2012.
