Jon Pope of Hasty Pope secured a $2 million jury verdict in favor of the victim of a head-on collision in the Superior Court of Fannin County. Pope considers the plaintiff’s verdict a success in a North Georgia county known for its conservative jury pool.

Pope’s takeaway from trial? Don’t be afraid to try plaintiffs’ cases in conservative venues, and don’t forget the small stuff. In his experience, a successful case comes down to just two things: a good client and good a good case.
