Lawyers representing the winning bidders of Georgia’s medical marijuana licensing contracts argued that the petitioner and losing license applicant, Aspire Medial Partners, failed to file a transcript the appeal required within a 30-day deadline. According to the respondents, the over 120-day delay was “both inexcusable and unreasonable.”
The argument was made in respondents’ motion to dismiss the case in a Warren County, Georgia, court.
