One of Georgia’s most widely recognized business attorneys is returning to private practice after spending three years heading the state’s new State-wide Business Court.
First judge for the newly opened court, Walter W. Davis, 46, is going back to Jones Day in Atlanta, the firm announced today. Davis previously led the firm’s securities and SEC enforcement practice prior to joining the bench.
