Attorneys at Polsinelli on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against NEO Fiber Inc. to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Shearman & Sterling and Tisinger Vance on behalf of ITC Broadband Holdings, seeks declaratory judgment that the plaintiff is not obligated to NEO Fiber pursuant to a 2020 broker services agreement. The action relates to litigation in Colorado seeking more than $5 million in fees under the agreement. The case is 3:22-cv-00128, ITC Broadband Holdings, LLC v. Neo Fiber, Inc.
