Lawyers at Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against Deere & Co., the tractor and farm machinery manufacturer of John Deere products, to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, over personal injury claims arising from an allegedly faulty tractor, was filed by Kermain Firm on behalf of Kianna Lee and Tyhe McClendon. The case is 1:22-cv-02883, McClendon et al v. Deere & Company et al.
