Ryder System, a supplier of transportation and supply chain management products, was sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The lawsuit was filed by Hill, Kertscher & Wharton on behalf of Johnny V. Jacobs. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02871, Jacobs v. Ryder Truck Rental, Inc.
