“We are seeing fairly consistent activity now as we did as before the pandemic,” M&A lawyer Michael Cross said. “During the pandemic there certainly was a slowdown during those first several months as the nation and world tried to determine what the impact of COVID would be. Right now it’s very steady and there’s a good market for M&A.”
