The suit, filed May 16 in Georgia Northern District Court by Barnes & Thornburg on behalf of Tiber Capital Group, seeks a declaratory judgment against Travelers for the reimbursement of loss and claim expenses for an underlying criminal action. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Richard W. Story, is 2:22-cv-00095, Tiber Capital Group, LLC v. Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of America.
