Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Eric Fromhart. The complaint pursues claims against Julie Crozier for failing to pay $1,250,000 in accordance with an executed membership interest purchase agreement for the purchase of a 50% membership interest in Secure340B LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02356, Fromhart v. Crozier.
