Henry and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Bernard & Johnson on behalf of George Battersby, who contends he was unlawfully removed from a Catoosa County Board meeting. The case is 4:22-cv-00129, Battersby v. Henry et al.
