Morgan & Morgan and The Moore Law Firm filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Mikaela Dyett. The suit pursues claims against Georgia State Patrol Officer Royce Zah for shooting Dyett in the face with a plastic bullet at a May 2020 George Floyd protest. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01976, Dyett v. Zah.
