Geico was hit with an employment class action Wednesday in Georgia Middle District Court. The court action was brought by Quinn, Connor, Weaver, Davies & Rouco on behalf of customer service representatives alleging wage-and-hour violations. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00182, Benvenutti v. Geico General Insurance Company.
