Bank of America was slapped with a lawsuit Friday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged violation of the Truth in Lending Act. The suit was filed pro se by Brian Keith Gary Jr. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01814, Gary v. Bank of America Corporation.
