Several Atlanta law firms have been restocking their partner and associate ranks with new hires from rivals in recent weeks.

That includes Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, which added Anthony Cianciotti, a commercial financial attorney, as a shareholder in the firm’s Atlanta office. Cianciotti, who represents financial institutions and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and closing complex loan transactions, joins from McGuireWoods.
