Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz filed a trade secret lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Northpoint Commercial Finance. The suit pursues claims against ECN Capital Corp., Triad Financial Services and two former Northpoint employees. The lawsuit accuses the former employees of breaching their non-solicitation agreements and misappropriating confidential Northpoint information. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01452, Northpoint Commercial Finance LLC v. Fox et al.
