Lawyers at the Chartwell Law Offices on Thursday removed a product liability lawsuit against TJX, the parent company to T.J. Maxx and Marshalls, to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Chappell, Smith & Arden on behalf of Elyce Jennings and Kevin Jennings. The case is 1:22-cv-00035, Jennings et al v. The TJX Companies, Inc. et al.
