Davis Polk & Wardwell has guided Mexico’s leading airline, Grupo Aeroméxico, out of bankruptcy as Latin American carriers slowly emerge from the protections afforded to them after COVID-19 grounded planes around the world.
Aeroméxico emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 17. Proceedings took place in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
