A federal judge in New York has dismissed a 17-count lender liability lawsuit filed by a Georgia-based commercial real estate developer involved in a planned project on Dallas’ “$5 Billion Mile.”
Lawyers from Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel in New York secured the dismissal of the suit, which accused a firm of executing an illegal “loan-to-own” scheme involving a valuable piece of land there.
