Guardian Life Ins. Co. of America, a New York-based mutual insurance company, was slapped with an ERISA lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court case was brought by Rogers, Hofrichter & Karrh on behalf of Mary McCool. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:22-cv-00027, McCool v. The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
