W. Patton Hahn of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz and Hilary H. Adams and Daryl Glenn Clarida of Hall, Bloch, Garland & Meyer have stepped in to represent Norfolk Southern, the Atlanta-based rail transportation company, and James Neesmith, respectively, in a pending lawsuit. The suit was filed Dec. 17 in Georgia Northern District Court by Warshauer Law Group on behalf of Levi Brewer who contends that he was unlawfully terminated after reporting an on-the-job injury. Brewer contends that his back was injured after Norfolk transported its crew in a vehicle with a faulty tire. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Michael L. Brown, is 4:21-cv-00241, Brewer v. Norfolk Southern Railway Company et al.
