An Atlanta attorney is opening up about his winning argument after securing a reversal in a federal appeal that proves no matter their intent, government officials can’t overstep constitutional rights.

The case started after Butts County Sheriff Gary Long ordered deputies to place “Stop” and “No Trick-or-Treat at This Address” signs in the front yards of 57 registered sex offenders throughout the county in 2018.
