Travelers, a New York-based insurance company, sued Jessie Hardee Bass, Nicholas Hardee and Nicole Hardee Friday in Georgia Southern District Court. The lawsuit, which was filed by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, seeks declaratory judgment on the limitations of Travelers’ obligation to indemnify the defendants in an underlying lawsuit. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:22-cv-00004, Travelers Property Casualty Company of America v. Hardee et al.
