Cozen O’Connor filed an insurance coverage lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Zurich American Insurance Company. The suit, against Tebarco Mechanical Corporation, contends that Tebarco was negligent in installing an item on the hot water system that caused water damage at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00032, Zurich American Insurance Company v. Tebarco Mechanical Corporation.
