Counsel at McLain & Merritt, P.C. on Wednesday removed a slip-and-fall personal injury lawsuit against Bloomin’ Brands, owner of fast-casual dining chains including Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba’s Italian Grill, to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit was filed by Bush & Miller on behalf of Rhonda Sams. The case is 1:22-cv-00040, Sams v. Bonefish Grill, LLC.
