Aetna, a health care insurance company, was slapped with an ERISA lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The lawsuit was filed by Evans Warncke Robinson on behalf of Stephen Broughton. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00008, Broughton v. Aetna Life Insurance Company.
