Delta Air Lines was slapped with a lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The suit was filed pro se by Meron Berhe. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-04721, Berhe v. Delta Air Lines Inc.
