“There is something bubbling. More and more associates are resigning from a range of London law firms – ours too”, a finance partner says, pointing to an increasingly noticeable associate talent drain.
Others are seeing the same. “Touch wood, we’ve not lost too many”, a corporate partner at another firm says. “But we have lost them and are hearing about others leaving.”
