Roger Martin is a mentor’s mentor, developing others in his firm to help guide careers of lawyers and staff.
He believes that the ability to listen is a key component of a good mentor and has been able to help train other firm mentors in that area. Specifically, he has helped new lawyers find the right practice group for them, which is often a daunting task.
