A legal malpractice suit naming personal injury specialist Brian “Buck” Rogers and his current and former firms as defendants said he improperly filed a wrongful death action on behalf of a deceased woman’s estate and disbursed settlement funds to it that should have gone to her surviving husband.
It also accused the lawyer of charging excessive fees for his services.
