A Doral man has been permanently banned from preparing federal income tax returns for others, the U.S. Department of Justice said Friday.
Felix Taveras Santos and his employees at Latino Tax LLC allegedly prepared false returns for 2010 to 2014 by improperly claiming child tax credits, declaring false dependency exemptions and using incorrect filing statuses.
