Coral Gables-based Professional Holding Corp., owner of Professional Bank, has agreed to buy FirstCity Bank of Commerce in North Palm Beach in a $6.8 million deal.
The acquisition of the 8-year-old bank will expand Professional Bank to Palm Beach County for the first time and create a bank with three locations, $382 million in assets and $337 million in deposits.
