Southeast Financial Center ()
The Southeast Financial Center is fast becoming the home of choice for downtown Miami law firms with 26 occupying the 55-story office tower.
Fox Rothschild is the latest firm to sign a lease at Florida’s tallest and largest office center. The Philadelphia-based law firm, which entered the market with temporary space in Coral Gables a year ago, just inked a deal for 6,101 square feet of space and moved in last month.
Fox Rothschild is the latest of a string of law firms to lease space in the building. Earlier this month, international law firm Bryan Cave leased 10,015 square feet for its first Miami office, and Arnstein & Lehr leased 27,054 square feet in February.
Other law firms that call the skyscraper home are K&L Gates, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Squire Sanders, Stroock & Stroock & Lavan and White & Case.
