The Florida Supreme Court disciplined six attorneys in March—with penalties ranging from disbarment to public reprimand—after the justices ruled the lawyers failed to abide by the rules of professional conduct, according to an announcement Thursday.

Among the attorneys facing disciplinary action is Michael Brundage of Brundage Law. The lawyer failed to keep his clients informed during the representation, act with reasonable diligence and competence, and abide by the objectives and scope of representation. Brundage also failed to respond to multiple orders, which resulted in the dismissal of three cases.
