Carlos and Christine Concepción both left Big Law to start their own boutique firms, and now the father-daughter duo is coming together and competing with Big Law like many others—with flexibility.

Concepción Global is offering attorneys an hourly salary with an added 70 to 80% of their originations. Going four lawyers strong, the firm has offices in Miami and Madrid as it focuses on business disputes, arbitration, tax and estate planning for high net-worth clients.
