Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan is representing Grillo’s Pickles in a lawsuit alleging that competitor Patriot Pickle, represented by Jones Day, has stolen proprietary secret recipes, along with manufacturing and packaging processes, to make its “Whole Foods 365″ pickles.
Grillo’s filed a complaint against Patriot in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida last month, alleging that Patriot stole its recipes and formulation processes when the pair were pickle packaging partners.
