Royal Caribbean Cruises was sued Monday in Florida Southern District Court for personal injury claims related to a cruise or marine vessel. The court action was filed by Aronfeld Trial Lawyers on behalf of Michael Friedman, who contends that he sustained severe injuries such as ankle fractures and ruptured tendons after slipping and falling on the pool deck. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-23377, Friedman v. Royal Caribbean Group.
