Andrew P. Burnside and Caroline E. Donze of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart have stepped in to defend ADT Inc., a security alarm company headquartered in Florida, in a pending lawsuit. The case, which seeks to compel arbitration per a collective bargaining agreement, was filed May 12 in Louisiana Eastern District Court by Robein, Urann, Spencer, Picard & Cangemi and Quinn, Connor, Weaver, Davies & Rouco on behalf of Communications Workers of America. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Sarah S. Vance, is 2:22-cv-01310, Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO v. ADT Security Services, Inc.
