The retail market on the island of Palm Beach has long been a place of many mom-and-pop stores, a seasonal community where people escape colder climates during the winter. But now it’s seeing an increase in new-to-market concepts. 

That’s according to JLL managing director Zach Winkler of Miami, who said thanks to the continued influx of companies and high-net-worth individuals throughout the pandemic, Palm Beach has now transformed into a year-round destination.
