What do you think has been the most effective step you’ve taken to increase diversity and inclusion at your firm, and why?

From our inception, we are committed to a team culture, valuing individuality while supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment. As we expand our bench, the top priority is to ensure that it’s diverse and a welcoming place for all types of people, no matter their gender, race or sexual orientation. Each team members’ individual background, experiences and point of view adds to our success; we know that the only way to promote creativity is through fostering opportunities for engagement from a variety of voices. This includes making sure that all have seats at the table.
