Attorneys at Reed Smith on Thursday removed a lawsuit against Intuit to Florida Southern District Court. The complaint, filed by Farrow Law on behalf of business consulting firm Inc Solutions, accuses Intuit of falsely representing that it would not close plaintiff’s Quickbooks online account after the account had been placed in the negative. The suit also pursues tortious interference with business relationship claims. The case is 1:22-cv-21482, Inc Solutions, LLC v. Intuit, Inc.
