Downtown Miami’s Class A office scene is witnessing a migration as many tenants are now choosing downtown over Brickell.
That’s according to Robert Orban, principal at international commercial real estate firm Cresa, who says many office spaces in Brickell are demanding a 45% to 55% increase on leases.
