Miami-based attorney Effie Silva announced Monday she’s taken the reins at Fresh Del Monte Produce’s legal department—replacing Marlene Gordon, who departed on Friday after nearly four years as general counsel.
Gordon, who also served as chief administrative officer, told Law.com via a LinkedIn message that she left for a new opportunity. That job has not yet been announced.
