As construction projects increase across South Florida due to supply and demand caused by an influx of new Florida residents, the number of women in the construction industry does not. 

Only 10% of women are in the industry, according to the National Association of Women in Construction. For commercial real estate brokers such as Britney Mroczkowski, that can result in feeling the need to prove she’s just as smart as the others on the team.
