South Florida’s workforce is expanding as the city of Miami evaluates its development needs and solutions for the area’s rapid growth.

The opportunity to create jobs is a big driver of South Florida’s rapid growth, according to Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, who spoke at Bilzin Sumberg’s South Florida Redevelopment Conference on Thursday.
