South Florida law firms are embracing greater flexibility as the COVID-19 pandemic and new variants continue to leave companies unsure about when they’ll make a full return to the office. 

It varies from law firm to law firm, but according to employment litigation partner Michael Landen of Kluger Kaplan in Miami, companies are open to attorneys working from home or another remote location, as opposed to being in the office.
