Greenberg Traurig has hired former Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough corporate partner Geiza Vargas-Vargas to join its Miami corporate and Latin America practices as a shareholder, the Am Law 100 firm announced Tuesday.

Among Miami Big Law corporate partners with experience and clients in Latin America, Vargas-Vargas is the third to arrive at a new firm in the past week. On Monday, Greenspoon Marder announced the hiring of corporate partner David Camhi, who spent just over a year at Berger Singerman after leaving his CLO post at Payless ShoeSource. And last Wednesday, Duane Morris hired Shutts & Bowen international disputes practice founder Harold Patricoff Jr.
